- ½ Onion diced
- 1 lb Smoked sausage sliced into coins
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- 2 cups Dry pasta such as penne or rotini
- 2 cups Shredded white cheddar cheese

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, and dry pasta.
- Stir everything together, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10–12 minutes until pasta is cooked through.
- Stir in white cheddar cheese until creamy and melted. Serve hot!
